The Clevis guy you&#039;re talking about is somebody who just needs a usable platform to work with. &quot;If he can you use it, everybody can&quot; should be a characteristic of a primary persona. But that&#039;s not what a edge-case is. I haven&#039;t read Inmates, but I have read About Face 3.0 and Allan is quite clear on the subject.</description>

		<description>yeah Chris, that&#039;s a great way of illustrating it. Just to be clear, the only edge cases that we&#039;re interested in when it comes to personas are the edge case behaviours that we want to support in our design - even if they are not the most *typical* behaviours of our audience.</description>
