The Clevis guy you're talking about is somebody who just needs a usable platform to work with. "If he can you use it, everybody can" should be a characteristic of a primary persona. But that's not what a edge-case is. I haven't read Inmates, but I have read About Face 3.0 and Allan is quite clear on the subject.</description>

		<description>yeah Chris, that's a great way of illustrating it. Just to be clear, the only edge cases that we're interested in when it comes to personas are the edge case behaviours that we want to support in our design - even if they are not the most *typical* behaviours of our audience.</description>
