UX Bookclub, London – Announcing first meeting 25 Feb

In the past month or so, UX Bookclub‘s have started popping up all over the world. I’m pleased to let you know that the same is about to happen in London, and if you’re interested in reading about and discussing issues related to User Experience, then you’re more then welcome to come along!

We’re meeting at 6.30pm on 25 Feb at BDP Studios, in Clerkenwell and we’re going to be talking about Sketching User Experiences: Getting the design right and the right design by Bill Buxton.

About me

My name is Leisa Reichelt. I am an independent consultant who works with organisations who want to better understand and improve the experience they're delivering their customers.

By improving Customer Experience we know that companies become more effective and profitable - winning more valuable and more loyal customers.

In particular I focus on working with customers to map their customer journeys and identify the critical moments of truth and touchpoints.

Once we know this, we can benchmark and start measuring performance improvements, and focus energy where it really matters.

I'm a UX mentor, I speak at conferences, I run workshops, I coordinate the London UX Bookclub. I founded UX Bootcamp for extremely practical UX Training and UX Tuesday - accessible UX expertise for startups. I'm writing a book about Strategic User Experience.

I work with start ups, open source communities, companies implementing Agile UX, organisations with interesting problems, smart people and cracking challenges.
