About me
My name is Leisa Reichelt. I am an independent consultant who works with organisations who want to better understand and improve the experience they're delivering their customers.
By improving Customer Experience we know that companies become more effective and profitable - winning more valuable and more loyal customers.
In particular I focus on working with customers to map their customer journeys and identify the critical moments of truth and touchpoints.
Once we know this, we can benchmark and start measuring performance improvements, and focus energy where it really matters.

we’re doing a redesign. I would love some feedback, given you know human factoring so well.

yes – feedback has already pointed out some obvious issues, redundant content for example. we’re basically looking for a professional looking front end to our more laid back and individualistic blogs. so its really for non-blog types. quite corporate. to that end-we’ll likely have client logos. i am thinking perhaps a tag cloud as a nice instant navigation mechanism so non blog types can find things they might be interested in.
