I had the pleasure of speaking at recently and one of the best things about it was seeing this inspiring talk from which you should watch immediately and share with any other designers you know.
My name is Leisa Reichelt. I am an independent consultant who works with organisations who want to better understand and improve the experience they're delivering their customers.
By improving Customer Experience we know that companies become more effective and profitable - winning more valuable and more loyal customers.
In particular I focus on working with customers to map their customer journeys and identify the critical moments of truth and touchpoints.
Once we know this, we can benchmark and start measuring performance improvements, and focus energy where it really matters.

thanks for sharing this. it seems obvious with hindsight but the ze frank quote he read has got me thinking about how people’s experience of all sorts of media might change if they are involved in production (blogging, editing photos etc) in some form.
