  1. A lady at my gym told me as long as your heartbeat dnseot go over 140 i think(was a while ago) its ok (due to your temp going up can heat up the baby), but it depends on how fit you are. If you were excercising before i think its most things are ok, but dont start any new excercises that your muscles are not used too. Some say avoid stomach crunces and excercise bikes, or anything stressful on your stomach. The best bed would be to go swimming, everything is supported and excellentexcercise, plus very relaxing, i went sometimes everyday right up until my baby was born.
