Second time I've been forced to use SMS by ticketmaster. I work shifts so am in only half a day at best. Arranged redelivery and the driver wouldn't go further than reception. Nursing isn't a drop everything I've got a delivery driver waiting kind of job! Unable to get through on the phone. Just as well this isn't until March. Just as well! terrible service. The Secure Mail saga continues... so on Friday, I went to their website and eventually worked out how to reschedule a delivery - I organised it to be sent to work on Monday. Or so I thought, Come Monday, there's no sign of the tickets, but I do get a letter in the mail with much the same content as the original SMS asking me to call them to rearrange delivery. *snore* this is getting very boring. It was actually my parents who got me into using them. They were once five minutes late for a delivery for my parents because of a broken down van I thin it was, and gave them a voucher for about fifty pounds in compensation. Ooh, Ocado are wonderful.
