Crowd Sourcing Research
This wiki has been thrown together quickly to act as a support resource for communities who are looking for resources for their community to get involved in user research. In the first instance, for the Drupal Redesign project which is currently in progress.
here's a summary of the information we're gathering:
- Technology - how to get set up
- Interviewing - how to run a good interview
- Recruiting - who to interview and how to find them
- Analysing Research - what did you learn? what should be done as a result of what you've learned
- Sharing Our Knowledge - can we create a 'source library' for user research?
